Currently a work-in-progress

  • Rename DMA controllers
  • Move EIDE IRQ out of APB-DMA
  • Implement APB-DMA according to Tegra documentation
  • Implement AHB-DMA according to Tegra documentation

As tested on ppdeluxe, DMA channels are aliased every 0x80. For AHB-DMA
only 2 channels are available, the gap in 0x40-0x7F is "emulated" by
reading out zeros.
